Restore Group/Shared Mailbox – Choose this option for granular recovery of the group mailbox items such as conversations and OneDrive.
Restore SharePoint Sites – Choose this option for granular recovery of the SharePoint Sites items such as sites, libraries, and library items.
Restore Teams – Choose this option for granular recovery for Teams items such as teams, channels, and channel items.
