Reports

The following different reports are available for BDRCloud for Google Workspace.

Recent Jobs Schedule

The recent backup jobs schedule report contains details of the latest schedule of all the Google Workspace backup jobs. The report also contains the historical report of the backup jobs. Navigate to Reports->Recent Job Schedule->Google Workspace.

You can also filter the reports by creating a filter using the filter icon on the right side of the page and then choosing the required one from the dropdown on the left side of the page.

Data Recovery

The recovery report contains the details of all the recoveries performed for the Microsoft 365 backup jobs. Navigate to Reports->Data Recovery->Google Workspace.

You can also filter the reports by creating a filter using the filter icon on the right side of the page and then choosing the required one from the dropdown on the left side of the page.

Email Notification

Configure email notifications and receive reports through email based on defined criteria. Based on the selected criteria, the reports (Backup, Restore, Delete) will be emailed immediately after the task completion. Navigate to Reports->Email Notifications

You can configure the SMTP setting by clicking on the available option after enabling the Email Notification if you haven’t already configured one.
