There are three different types of restore targets that can be chosen to restore OneDrive. You can choose to restore the data to the same user mailbox or to a different user mailbox or restore as a Zip.

Choose Restore Option

1. Restore to the Same User Mailbox

This option will restore the backup data to the same user.

2. Restore to Different Mailbox

This option will let you select the user from the list and restore the backup data to the selected user.

Select Restore Target: Select the target mailbox to restore the backup data.

3. Restore files into a Zip

This option will let you restore files or folders or the entire OneDrive into a Zip.

Note: The restored data can be accessed by clicking the ‘Download Zip’ link found under Reports -> Data Recovery.

Deleted Items Options

If the data selected for restore contains items deleted from the source mailbox and retained on the BDRCloud then any of the following options cane be selected;

Include Deleted Mails: Restores both the selected backup data and deleted emails from the backup repository.
Skip Deleted Mails: Excludes the deleted emails from the restore process, restoring only the selected backup data.
Restore Deleted Mails only: Specifically restore only the deleted emails.
