Step 5: Granular Recovery

Choose the mailbox to restore

Select the mailbox which you would like to either restore fully or granularly.

Choose Restore Point

You must have already selected the restore version/point in the previous step, the same can be modified here if necessary.

Choose Restore Data

Group Mailbox items that can be recovered are the Group OneDrive Items.

Restore Group OneDrive

Restore the entire Group OneDrive or only selected folders and files. The folders can be expanded down to subfolders as well and data can be chosen for restore. Group OneDrive restore files will also be shown in Breadcrumbs view. The individual files can also be downloaded directly. You can search for the OneDrive items using the search option. Click on the search icon and enter the required details in the pop up page. You can also choose the time range within which you want to search.
